Hi Everyone, sorry for the delay but we're just starting to go through the audio and video footage from our time at Eden Camp.

We will post up what we find (if anything), sometimes we have hours of recordings and nothing on them so please bear with us while we go through it (and this is how it is sometimes).

What awaits us in this magnificent wonder of Victorian architecture?

A LITTLE BIT OF HISTORY

Thackray Medical Museum is housed on the site of the Leeds Union Workhouse. Opened in 1861 and designed and built by workhouse architects Perkins and Backhouse, the building house 784 paupers at its opening. It is not likely children were present in this workhouse due to the Moral and Industrial Training school being built a few years before which was designed to educate poor children in how to make shoes.

The Thackray Museum is one of the truly unique places you can visit and is the only one of it’s kind in the North of England.

Ghostly sightings include an apparition of a woman in 18th Century clothing who can be seen waving at staff, Mysterious disembodied footsteps followed by a strange odour, oppressive feelings of dread and depression in certain parts of the building, ghost of a man in a white coat has been seen on the cobbles of the Victorian street, poltergeist activity and knocks and bangs being heard when calling out.

We're home from an amazing Birthday celebration ghost hunt at Eden Camp in Malton.

I think everybody had some sort of activity be it K2, rem pod, Frank's box or even just using their own senses.

We would to thank our fantastic, enthusiastic guests who joined in all night to make the night their own. Without you we wouldn't be able to make nights like this possible and for that we are truly grateful. We hope everyone enjoyed the buffet and refreshments.

Also a big thanks goes to the Visage Paranormal Team. You know who you are! We have a great team behind us now and we look forward to being able to do what we do the best of our ability for the foreseeable future.

We hope everyone enjoyed their night, your feedback is much appreciated be it good, bad or indifferent.

See you all soon, now it's time to relax and enjoy our summer break before we start back in September at Knottingley Town Hall.

Hi Everyone. The day has finally arrived when we have our special birthday event at Eden Camp in Malton.

For all our lovely guests joining us tonight please arrive at Eden Camp for 8.15pm ready for a 8.30pm start. The postcode for the venue is YO17 6RT. If you are travelling via the A64 you should see brown signs pointing in the direction of Eden Camp. There is FREE onsite parking at the venue.

Please remember to bring a torch with you as it will be dark and there maybe trip hazards. Please also remember to dress appropriately and wear appropriate footwear for this event. Due to the location of the venue it will probably get cold in the early hours so please bear this in mind.

Guests are also reminded about our zero tolerance policy on alcohol and drugs. Please do not consume any alcohol or drugs before or during the event. If we have a suspicion you may have had either you will NOT be allowed into the event likewise if you're caught consuming alcohol or drugs during the event you will be asked to leave.

We hope you all have a great night, it's going to be a night like no other we have run before.

HI Everyone, Sorry for the delay we've been having a few problems with our email today (it's been really SLOW!).

We have now sent all the important information for next weeks event at Eden Camp. Check you inboxes for this arriving. As stated in our previous post we go sometimes have problems with hotmail, gmail, yahoo email addresses.

If you do not get an email from us please let us know by messaging us with a preferable second email address we can use to send the info to you.

Hi Everyone, we will be sending out the important information for our Eden Camp event, taking place on the 6th July, this weekend. So keep an eye on your inboxes for that coming through. As usual we will post it up here as well in case it doesn't get through for whatever reason. We do on occasion have problems with Hotmail and Gmail addresses sending our emails to the spam box or even deleting the email before it even hits your inbox.

We CANNOT believe how quick this has come round since we put up our announcement at the end of last year. It has come round so quick.

Well we're home from an interesting night at The National Emergency Services Museum in Sheffield.

Plenty of activity focused on one particular area but hardly any anywhere else. Bit of a strange night had by all.

Big thanks go to the Visage Paranormal Team who help make these nights possible and ALL of our wonderful guests.

We will be back at this location again at some point so if you missed this one, keep an eye out for more events coming in 2025.

In two weeks time we will be heading to Eden camp for our Special Birthday event. We hope we will be seeing most of you there.

Hi All, a quick message, we've just arrived at the Museum in Sheffield and found that the car park is CLOSED across the way from the museum. If you can use the NCP car parks or there is on street parking available nearby. Sorry we didn't know until we arrived.

Hi Everyone, we hope you're all well! This is a quick message for all of our lovely guests joining us tonight at the National Emergency Services Museum in Sheffield.

Please arrive between 8.30pm and 8.45pm ready for a 9pm start. Please be aware that parking charges WILL apply if you arrive before 8.30pm however, parking is free of charge if you carry a blue badge.

The parking for the event is the workhouse lane car park directly opposite the building with the entrance to the car park being via Spring Street.

Please wait outside for one of our team coming to let you in.

Please remember to bring a torch with you, we do carry spare torches but they are limited in number. Please also remember to wear appropriate clothing and footwear.

There will be refreshments and light snacks available but you can feel free to bring your own if you wish for when we have our break.

This is a message for those that have already asked us if there are any tickets left for our Eden camp event. We have offered them to people on our waiting list but unfortunately they've now already got plans on that day so we are now offering them out there to anyone who would like to join us.

We have TWO tickets come available for our special birthday event at Eden Camp in Malton on the 6th July. Tickets are priced at £55 each and your night will include a full buffet with hot/cold refreshments included.

Anyone interested is asked to send us a message about the places available and we will send you a payment link to pay for both tickets. First come, first served.

Hi All, as promised we've just sent out the important information about the event next week at the National Emergency Services Museum in Sheffield. Please check your inboxes for it arriving.

We have been informed that there are currently road works outside the museum however, it does not affect the museum or the car parking. Please park in the usual place which is the pay and display car park opposite the museum. Pay and display charges are only applicable until 8.30pm.

Hi Everyone, We have sent out remaining balance emails today to all those that paid a deposit payment for our Eden Camp event on the 6th July.

The remaining payment is due on or before the 8th June. We will remind guests that if we DO NOT receive the remaining balance by this date then we will have no choice but to cancel your booking and offer it to someone else on our waiting list. If you need more time to pay the remaining balance please get in touch with us.

Likewise, if you are now unable to come to the event for whatever reason please do let us know.

We have also asked in the email for any dietary requirements for people as there will be a FULL BUFFET at this event. If you could please reply to the email with the requirements we would be grateful.
