This clients event was a family day so we were asked to book kids entertainment. For this we had the best balloon modeller in the business who created cute hats, broaches and animals with cute little led lights in for the kids. Our fantastic glitter and facepainter did an array of designs on the children’s faces. Our bubbleoligist had the kids jumping for joy and our brilliantly hilarious kids magician put a smile on all their faces.
Lastly for the adults we had a brilliant DJ playing all of the tunes that our clients danced to all night. With our small DJ set up and lights.

So just talent were asked by our client to provide event decor. With a very very tight turnaround of less than a week, we came up with a beautiful colour palette of reds (the client logo colour), orange and yellows. We created organza fabric table runners with beautiful glass bowls filled with water, flower petals and candles. We designed a bespoke back wall with red shimmer and draped Diwali flower garlands and added a neon “let’s party” sign, which was utilised throughout the whole evening for photo opportunities for the guests. We added gold lanterns and weaved flower garlands around them. We had 2 decorative plinths with terracotta jugs containing pretty firework fairy lights and brought in the flower garland again hanging from the holes in the jug. Finally we created a bespoke flower rangoli at the entrance for people to see as they walked down our thoughtfully placed red carpet.

Then we had the brilliant networking event for Forum Events “The Event Organisers Summit” at our clients venue Radisson Heathrow where we met some amazing new clients.
Then we had the beautiful venue St James Hotel And Club venue showcase

Just wanted to do a shout-out to this amazing hotel we have pleasure of supplying DJs for on a regular basis. We had the opportunity to stay over for my partner's birthday and I would highly recommend this place. The newly refurbed room with modern stylish decor was gorgeous (apologies for the messy room and already slept in bed in video) In terms of location this is ideal with it being a very very short walk from Paddington station, there is an array of shops and bars close by too. The swimming pool and spa is lovely and the breakfast was fresh, delicious and lots of choice. Finally I just want to say how amazing, accommodating and lovely all of the staff are here. This venue can also hold conferences and meetings and has a gorgeous roof terrace. 100% recommend.
