So yesterday was the day that we said goodbye to the legend that was our very own Robert Wiegold (Yogurt).

We had a beautiful service for Robert - we shared so many memories, funny stories and heartfelt tributes from his family members and friends.

Hundreds of people turned up to pay their respects and it was such an honour to be entrusted with the privilege of writing and delivering the service for Robert, who (along with his family)has been a friend of mine for 40 years. It was a very emotional day but his family and friends did him so proud and gave him the send off he deserved 💙

Robert will be deeply missed but will never be forgotten - he was truly one in a million 💙

I would like to thank Robert’s partner Sharon and daughter,Hannah for entrusting me with the honour of officiating at the service for Robert and to Christopher Snailham & Family Funeral Services for their dedication to the family throughout this difficult time.

Yesterday I had the honour of being asked to deliver a beautiful memorial service for my lovely friend Paul Jenkins. Our families have been friends for so many years and it was an emotional but beautiful service with heartfelt tributes from Paul’s siblings and lovely memories which his family will cherish always.

Paul was truly one of the most genuinely lovely guys you could ever meet and it was a privilege to call him my friend 💙

Thank you to Paul’s wife, Sue and son, Alex and to his siblings, Allison, Stephen, Debbie, Claire and Gareth for choosing me as their Celebrant. Paul will never be forgotten and is now reunited with his beloved mam and dad Betty and Brian ✨🙏✨

Mother's Day is a time for some to celebrate with those they hold dear.

For others, especially those whose mothers are no longer with them, it may be a day of reflection, cherishing memories and sharing stories with loved ones.

This day can also be difficult for mothers who have lost children, those facing challenging relationships, or those who have yet to become mothers.

It is also a day of joy for those expecting a baby, new mums, stepmums, foster mums, and anyone who plays a motherly role in someone’s life.

It was truly a great honour, but also with a heavy heart that I led the ceremony on Friday for this amazing young man Corie-Jay Howell who was taken from his loved ones far too soon.

We celebrated the wonderful person Corie was sharing precious memories and stories of his life with a unique, heartfelt service and beautiful tributes from Corie’s family.

Hundreds of people turned out to give Corie the send off he deserved and his family and friends did him so very proud.

May you ride free Corie, forever in the hearts of those who love you and will cherish their memories of you always.

This is not goodbye… this is see you in five 💚
