I had a fantastic session with this lovely family at Eastnor recently. I had the privilege of photographing their wedding a few years ago, so it was really special to see them again - this time with their little one in tow! Capturing how their story has grown was an absolute joy.

Whilst I was there I also took photos of some of the extended family, so lovely to receive this from them;

Ellen & Laurence chose the stunning Three Cliffs Bay on the Gower Peninsula for their engagement shoot—and it’s easy to see why! With its dramatic limestone peaks, sandy beach, and breathtaking views, this spot isn’t just iconic; it’s deeply meaningful to them.

We met at the National Trust car park and strolled down the coastal path, chatting as we went. Their dog joined us for the session, bringing plenty of energy and making the photos extra special since she won’t be part of their wedding day. (Let’s face it, dogs always steal the show, and she was no exception!)

Three Cliffs Bay is a photographer’s dream, blending wild beauty with serene charm. Whether it’s the sweeping views, the historic Pennard Castle ruins, or the gentle waves, it offers a little bit of everything.

Now, with their March wedding at Glewstone Court Country House just around the corner, this session felt like the perfect way to celebrate their journey so far. Engagement shoots aren’t just about beautiful photos—they’re about telling your story, capturing your connection, and having a little adventure along the way.

Engagement sessions are a great way to get to know one another better before your wedding day and are an excellent opportunity to go somewhere completely different. Coming up I have a session on the Welsh coast and then a Christmas vibe at the Christmas lights in Bridgnorth. The location for your engagement photos can be as unique as you are!
