🔩🔧🔨 HEALTH AND SAFTEY NOTICE 🌧⛅🌪

we would like to inform customers of our health and saftey requirements on how we anchor down our inflatables. All of our inflatables must be anchored down with 165kg per each anchor point on an inflatable to ensure the saftey of the persons using the equipment. The surfaces we can anchor the inflatables on inclued:-

🔹️Grass
🔸️Concrete
🔹️Tarmac

🔹️If an inflatable is to be anchored down on grass we use large pegs to meet the requirements of 165kg on every anchor point.
🔸️if an inflatable is to be anchored down on concrete or tarmac this would be done by our drill and bolt system with bolts at 10 millimeters in diameter leaving you with a hole the size of a 5 pence peice. The drill and bolt system exceeds the 165kg per anchor point requirement ensuring it is safer than the required kg per anchor.

Unfortunately we can not set up our inflatables on flagged areas as it is not possible to get a safe and secure anchor due to flags cracking and lifting.

We only use sandbags when inflatables are in an indoor venue.

WEATHER AND WINDS

All of our outdoor castles have a sewn in roof for when the rain decides to come down, we can set up our inflatables if this is the case. Unfortunately we can not set up an inflatable in winds that exceed 38km/h (24mph) gusts as this would not be safe, putting the persons using the equipment at risk.

We will always inform customers when possible a few days before their booking date if the weather conditions are looking unsafe for the day of their booking, giving time for a booking to be changed or other arrangements to be made. We will assess on the morning of the booking date if the weather has changed or still unsafe and if it is possible to go ahead with the booking or not. Health and saftey is always our priority and it must come first.
