✅PAYMENT INFO if you are ordering ELF ARRIVAL BALLOONS
FOR DELIVERIES ONLY: you will need to transfer the remainder of your balance BEFORE the delivery date. No cash on delivery.
If you collect from us, you are still welcome to pay cash on collection

✅PAYMENT INFO if you are ordering Christmas balloons/treats
We are accepting NO CASH PAYMENTS for Christmas orders. This is unfortunately due to orders being cancelled last minute/customers not turning up. We will require a deposit when you order (same as normal) and then the remaining balance will need paid no later than the 19th of Dec. If you are collecting/having delivery for Christmas items mid-December, payment will need sent no later than the day before. You are welcome to pay off your order in instalments.

🛻DELIVERY: Your order must be a minimum of £15 for us to deliver. An extra delivery charge then applies calculated from your postcode area (we cover most NE, SR and DH areas). We will confirm a delivery DATE when you place your order. We will send a 1 hour time slot the day before.

❤️COLLECTION: No minimum spend required for collection. We are based at 31 Elton Street West, Wallsend, NE28 8JY.

Please note, we are CLOSED CHRISTMAS EVE! Everything needs to be delivered/collected by the 23rd of December.

😂 They haven't even arrived yet, and we're already talking about sending those cheeky nightmares back that disrupt our December evenings and give us frequent panic attacks at 1am ("I haven't moved the Elf!!!")
❤️ NEW for this year... Goodbye Balloons for when the craziness is over and peace resumes. One with a sweet box attached and one without

Good Luck to all the GNR runners today 💪 We are in Durham setting up a balloon display and then have to attempt to get back to Newcastle through the traffic home 😂 so I will be back on messages later
