It’s hard to see the real beauty of flowers in just a picture, oh and also the divine smell of stocks and eucalyptus alike, and I absolutely love working with colour! If ever there was a happy place for me it’s amongst the flowers!

All the greens! Such a special colour and of course forever my favourite! A beautiful bespoke wreath made for a customer and this one is big and beautiful, in fact it’s 24” of gorgeousness (2ft for us older generations!). Designed with copper berries, whole oranges, sliced limes and apples, some beautiful Camellia and so many different textures of foliage too, which is important when you’re using just one colour! Tonight I shall add some twinkle lights to it! 💫💫💫I’m looking forward to sharing my skills with some people in next weeks workshop and I know they are very much looking forward to it too! Never underestimate the power of flowers, foraging, wreath making or anything else to do with nature. It can be a really hard time of year for many and getting creative can be a really positive boost to our mental health!

There’s a bit of everything in this Autumnal wreath, because it’s a great time of year, when perhaps there aren’t that many fresh flowers around, and using a mixture of fresh, dried and faux can still create something beautiful. There’s lots of dried foliage, inc pine cones, small pieces of hydrangeas, twigs and leaves!

It’s been a while, and although I’ve been doing small floral things in the background , I’ve sadly had to turn down work this year due to many things that the year has thrown my way! Todays wedding bouquet and flowers were requested by a very lovely lady who I also did another wedding for last year! I’m so glad she asked me and although my hands (and back) were pretty sore afterwards I absolutely loved creating these, it was a beautiful reminder of how passionate I still am about all things flowery!

Of course I have to thank the very lovely lady who grows all these beautiful flowers (locally)! How incredibly beautiful they are!

It’s been a while since I did flowers in aqua packs but these are a perfect option for them to sit at the graveside (and friendlier than foam) the request was for flower posy’s of green and white flowers & foliage, which were the placed into a lovely gift bag! Perfect! 🤍

There’s definitely an Autumnal feel in the mornings now! I actually love this time of year, the days are still warm but the evenings are beginning to cool down! I created this piece a couple of years ago exactly at this time!

Anyway enough rambling from me I’m back from visiting my beautiful Great Niece! This photoshoot she had definitely has that cosy Autumnal feel to it don’t you think! 😍🥺

“As bright and colourful as possible” was the wish for these stunning wedding flowers! A bridal bouquet and 12 bridesmaids bouquets 😅which had some extra special flowers cut fresh from the garden (which were grown especially for the wedding) and considering the heatwave we’ve had they did ok!

It will be lovely to see a professional photo after because as much as I tried I could not get 13 bouquets positioned perfectly for a photo yesterday as they’re was a bit of a wind and I wasn’t going to risk anything after spending a whole day creating them so I shall wait for the official photos! 😍

It might be old fashioned for some but I love adding fruit to certain creations! It gives it interest & texture! I have actually been eating blackberries everyday for the last month so they are definitely a favourite of mine whether for floral arrangements or eating!
This is a delightful vase arrangement to cheer someone up and pink roses which will always be my favourite will bring a much needed dose of happiness!

Pink roses symbolize love, desire, admiration, perfection, happiness, grace, and joy. Pretty perfect eh!

Sometimes simplicity can be stunning! The bride wanted her bouquet to be simple but elegant! So with a gorgeous piece of detailing such as satin ribbon and pearl pins this is the result! A bridal bouquet and 5 bridesmaids bouquets!I’m looking forward to seeing the official wedding photos! ☺️

Absolutely loved creating this wild flower bouquet and the pastel colours are just gorgeous! It’s actually harder in my opinion to create with lots of random flowers and get a good balance but the results were just beautiful! Or maybe I’m just too much of a perfectionist and fuss too much? 😆 but creating exactly what is asked of me is something I take very seriously! To me flowers are an important part of the day but then again I love to be surrounded by them! 🥰🌸💐🌷🌺🌼
