Vanilla spice gin sour 🍸
50ml gin
Juice of half a lemon
25ml spiced simple syrup
Ice
Simple syrup - equal measures of sugar and water heaters in saucepan together with lemon zest and vanilla pod. Can also add cardamom pod and a great if not make for extra spice! Heat together, allowed to cool

This weeks poll chose Mojito recipe, so here it is!
The perfect Sundowner Mojito
25 or 50ml of Bacardi
25ml simple syrup
2-3 wedges of lime
sprig of mint leaves
ice
spring water
Put the lime, mint, simple syrup and bacardi in the glass, and muddle together.
Add ice, and top with spring water - give it a good stir to marry all the flavours together
Enjoy!

It's created out of apple crates for a wonderful New Forest style.
