We had the privilege of catering the a local Agricultural Society Ball, serving 275 guests with a menu inspired by seasonal and locally-sourced ingredients.

The evening began with a selection of exquisite canapés, including venison tartlets topped with gold leaf, mini Yorkshire puddings with turkey and cranberry, and quail eggs on parmesan biscuits. Guests were then treated to bowl food for mains, featuring our signature feather blade of beef (pictured above) slow-cooked for 9 hours and served on a bed of pureed potato, alongside a creamy salmon gratin and a vegetarian stuffed cannelloni.

To round off the evening, we presented a grazing table filled with artisan cheeses, chutneys, fresh fruit, and crackers. A truly unforgettable evening for all involved!
