“I went to Verona Bridal on Saturday with my Dad, we’d been to two dress shops already and hadn’t found ‘THE ONE’. The minute we walked in to this stunning shop, it just felt different. We were sat at the bar and met by the lovely Beth who just radiated happiness and I instantly felt calm, she sat down with us and really wanted to understand what I was looking for, we had a drink and discussed my wish list, she had a little twinkle in her eyes and I thought to myself, she’s going to find it for me! She led us over to the dresses which are sectioned by price point which I found really useful because in other dress shops you didn’t find out the price until you had tried it on.

I picked out four dresses and the first one I tried on, I just knew it was it and I got emotional. Beth suggested I try on others to be sure, so I did and all I wanted to do was put the first on again. I was 95% sure, it was just missing one little detail that I wanted. Beth disappeared behind the curtain and came back with the detail I had asked for and put it on the dress and there it was… my dream dress, she’d done it! She was listening to everything I said and she made it happen! 💫
So thank you Beth for being so patient and making our experience so special. The dresses in the shop are in a league of their own and the staff are so kind and lovely, they really do care!

After we bought the dress, Beth poured us another drink and we sat there in the shop just enjoying the moment! 🥂

⛪️ A L I C I A ⛪️

“I had grand plans of buying my dress in Australia but as I had booked my venue in Ireland I wanted to give my family the chance to give me some advice re dresses.

Verona was the second shop I visited but right away every dress my stylist chose for me was worthy of buying. Regal, modern romance was the look I wanted. I tried three gorgeous dresses but was still undecided. A brand new arrival was brought from the back of store, when I walked out of the dressing room, stepped on the podium and faced the big gorgeous gold mirror we all cried. It was a beautiful moment. I knew then I wasn’t leaving Ireland without the dress. It was purchased there and then and made its way back with me to Australia.

That was nearly two years ago, it hung preciously in my spare room. I then reached out again to Verona three months before my wedding for veil options. They were very accommodating, setting up an international call to get an idea of what I wanted and then sent me numerous beautiful videos to get an idea of what they had. On returning to Ireland with my dress I booked an appointment and chose the veil just one week before the wedding.

The whole experience was incredible! My stylist really listened to what I wanted and definitely delivered way beyond what I had ever dreamt my dress would look like!
