Group shots

Rallying the relatives once uncle Bobs disappeared to the bar can always be a little tricky.

I advise my couples for any group shots or special images like below to appoint a trusted member of the bridal/ groom/wedding party whose role it is to help with these tasks.

I hand them a copy of the set group list sheet and they work with me to get the important guests ready for the pictures without you having to stress.

This helps me keep to the timeline of the day and helps you relax and enjoy your wedding day.

Just engaged 💍 Congratulations 🥂

Now the fun part… planning your big day.

The first thing you need to book is your venue and photographer.

Helpful tips when booking your photographer.

1. Always arrange to meet your photographer face to face or over a zoom before booking.
You will spend a lot of time with your photographer on your big day you want to make sure you click and they make you feel comfortable, you don’t get the vibe from email and messages.

2. Ask to see a full wedding day gallery from previous clients, this will put your mind at rest they can deliver a gallery up to your expectations.

3. Communication is key in the build up to your wedding, discuss any family dynamics with your photographer we get it if aunty Edna can’t be photographed with uncle Graham! We got your back.

I don’t come on here much to showcase myself, so thought I would hop on to say hi to anybody new here.

First pic is me 10years ago, photographing bits of my friends wedding (whilst being bridesmaid ) I remember thinking s**t, what if I f**k this up!

I dabbled in all things newborn in the beginning, and had my own studio for a couple of years.

I quickly realised I wasn’t t really feeling the posed stuff, I loved the more organic, emotive, natural photography.
This is the style I offer to all my clients today, plus good vibes 😎

Me: I’m 43, live on the edge of exmoor, love to sing badly when drunk! Don’t like heights or fairground rides, love tapas and gin!

Sundays!
As a kid I hated Sundays, it meant the end of the weekend, school was the next day you had to have your ritual bath! In the 80’s you bathed on a Sunday 😂
As an adult I quite like a Sunday, the lazy mornings, the long dog walk, followed by a big fat roast!

Elsa really wanted her pony to pull the cart for their arrival into the wedding reception, even though the pony was fairly young did a grand job for their entrance.
