We had the perfect weather to celebrate the wedding of Amy and Luke in a lovely farm in Farley Heath, Surrey. We welcomed the guests with champagne and canapes whilst they played some games, then served a homegrown pig (by the grooms dad) with salads, homemade apple sauce and rolls from@celebrationcakescranleigh116 followed by a dessert table, wedding cake made by one of Amy’s sisters and a cheese cake. Started the weekend with a canapes and drinks party. Gorgeous location, amazing weather. An other successful party with my super team. *Beetroot and gin homecured salmon. *Chargrilled aubergine with safron infused cream cheese, pomegranate and basil. *Endives filled with pears, creme of dolcelatte & walnuts. *Butternut squash and leek tartlets. *Prawns with mango salsa spoons. *Parma Ham, nectarine and rocket roll. *Pulled hoisin duck, cucumber and sesame seeds. *Mini Yorkshire puddings with rare beef fillet and horseradish cream. *Belgian chocolate brownie bites. *Mini merengues with raspberry coulis finished with strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and blackberries A feast of colous and flavour. A wonderful afternoon celebrating the life of a very special man. The sun shone and the family and friends had a chance to reflect on how they were touch by a life that will only shine now on theier hearts and memories he created with them .
