Founders of Baba Ganoush husband & wife duo Matthew & Ashley Hyde met whilst working in the food hospitality business. With a wealth of experience between them and a fierce passion for good food, they set out on a mission to build a catering company that brings people together over food.

Driven by what people really want, (rather than the typical three course menu of soup, chicken and lemon tart), Baba Ganoush’s ethos is to excite other people with new ways of delivering food to the table, making each event a theatrical feast experience, delighting from start to finish.

Formed in 2013, Baba Ganoush proudly now work with some of Yorkshire’s finest venues, have an established reputation and can cater for a whole heap of events!
