The spectacular firework finale of the popular Light Up Lancaster event is back this year on the 5 November at 8pm.

We have now reached our online capacity for wristband orders. If you haven’t managed to order any for Quay Meadow or Giant Axe, don’t worry! Williamson Park offers a great viewpoint across the city with a relaxed and quieter atmosphere and some delicious hot food and drinks to purchase from the cafe. Or view from places across the city: if you can see the castle, you can see the fireworks!

Free New Year’s Eve Fireworks display in Bath at midnight 💥

Do you love fireworks, but want to watch them in the comfort of your home? Our long-term supporter, Mike Eades, is organising a fireworks display tonight!

If you live in Little Solsbury or Hill area of Bath, you will be able to see them from your back garden or window. Please note, this is not an in-person event.

Last year the ‘watch-from-home’ event raised £7,500 for our charity, and was held to commemorate the passing of Mike’s parents, Tony and Lyn Eades, who for six generations ran ‘Eades of Bath’ greengrocers.

Thanks to his support, this has funded a life changing gift of a rehabilitation chair for our Intensive Care Unit, and this year Mike is continuing to support our patients RUH Bath.
