This one was an absolute pleasure to create having worked closely with the lovely client on her belated 80th Birthday party.
As a caterer it can sometimes be easy to forget that for most people commissioning someone to cater a party is not a every day task and can feel daunting & often not know where to start, so I was more then happy to have lots of chats and emails to put worries at bay and make sure we had exactly what the client was hoping for. And its always lovely to get a call after the party saying how well the food went down and lots of guests where asking for our details 😃

I often get asked for Bespoke orders and this was one of them. Created for Students on a workshop, brief was for a mid morning snack (I think this would of been called Elevenses), suitable for Vegetarian & vegans with a range of tastes!
What I came up with was went down a storm, with lots of lovely comments and feedback!
- Rosemary & Cheese Scones
- Cheesy Pesto pinwheels
- Lemon Drizzle cake
- Orange, Almond & Raisins Muffins
- Crudités and humous with Falafels & pittas
- Vegan pesto pinwheels

First Graze set up so far this year and it felt fabulous to do!
Looking forward to do lots more as spring and summer starts up (and to be doing them in lighter evenings so I can get some half decent photos cos natural lighting is 👌🏻)

Recipe testing these beauties today- Peanut Butter Millionaires Shortbread & a classic Cornflake Tart.
Few tweaks to be made to the shortbread but overall they got the seal of approval from the family!
