Alex and Abby have had a great evening down in Oxford seeing the Christmas lights display at Poplar Grove OX1 5QP. Hunter and Amelia got to meet Santa and he gave them an early Christmas present because they have been so good this year. A truly magical display of lights and a must see if your in the area.

The team have been busy little elves this week, and have now delivered some special gifts from Santa to the Ely Baby Bank a local group that does some amazing work for local families.

As winter is fast approaching it gives the team time to give the bikes 🏍 a good going over and one thing we always need are wheels and spokes repairing.

are amazing and have got the job spot on with some freshly spoked wheels, ready for next year. We cannot reccomend these guys enough. They do fantastic work! 👌

Now it's time to get the bikes out and get these babies fit ready for 2025!

We are feeling extremely greatful and very lucky that we have the friends we do.

When leaving Fordingbridge last Monday our crane lorry decided we didn't need a week of rest and proceded to destroy its gearbox 🤦‍♀️ and refused to go any further than Wi******er services.

Luckily we had some amazing people on hand who drove down and recovered her back to our base. Where by midday Tuesday and all hands on deck the gearbox was out of the lorry and at C & J transitions at St Neots.

Miracles do happen and we have now collected the recondition box and it's back in the lorry ready for the run up to Malpas Steam Rally tomorrow.

We are ever so thankful to John for collecting the lorry and bringing her home and to Chris and Julie for the extra hours to get the gearbox back to us I'm time.

Summer seams to be wrapping up pretty fast.....

Ken and Alex had a early fathers day this year and spent the day out together, well where else would two men go than to R-Tech Welding Equipment Ltd

We can see someone's Christmas list already growing and there seams to be a lot of blue things on there 😄

Huge thanks to Liam for showing them how to improve their skills and to Daz and Dominic for making them feel at home.

Danny Day, we will miss you. Thank you for being the man you were, you will never know how much you ment to all of us.

It is with a heavy heart that today we received the news that our good friend Danny Bond has passed away.

Danny you will be missed by so many. You have been and always will be a part of our troupe. You've been their for our children and their children also. You've watched us grow, been at our weddings and birthdays. You've travelled with us for so long we can hardly imagine a time when you and "your bad back" were not with us.
We will recount stories of you for years to come, we will tell our friends and family of the times you helped us out and also of the times you hindered us.
A man like no other, one who always stuck by his word. You were always there when we needed you, even untill the end.
We all love you Mr Bond and we will see you again soon. R.I.P the legend- the original DD
