If you are looking for a unique country venue for your wedding consider the new Clough Bottom development in a stunning rural location. Open 50 weeks of the year, The Out Barn is unique and could be exclusively yours for a weekend to host the wedding of your dreams. It will accommodate approx 120 for a seated wedding breakfast or more for an informal buffet and has stunning views towards Pendle Hi

ll and the surrounding farmland for memorable photos. If you have a large number of guests, the area around the Out Barn also lends itself to being the perfect place to pitch a Marquee or even a Tipi! Our Venue Coordinator will offer you first class service and is there to help you create the perfect day. The Out Barn must be seen to be appreciated it is very difficult to describe and portray accurately in words and photos you will not be disappointed. Viewing is exclusively by appointment only or by attending one of our wedding open day events as advertised regularly on our web site and page. The Bar Terrace 🥂

Our outside space is extremely versatile and can be used all year round thanks to our stretch tent! Come rain or shine your guests can enjoy a drink or two whilst taking in the views! 🍸

The lawn has hosted a number of entertainment options from bouncy castles to axe throwing and for those who'd rather watch from a safe distance there's plenty of outside seating too!
