I started magic out of hate.

Ill explain... When I was 5 my uncle showed me a magic trick. It confused me! Its baffled me! It FOOLED me!

I asked him “how did you do that?” to which he replied “Magician never reveals his secrets”. This made me cross and I started to hate the fact I couldn't figure it out, so I spent all my pocket money on a magic set. I practiced and practiced so I could try and fool my uncle, but it didn't work. They were kids tricks. I needed something really unique and MAGICAL.

I started reading about slight of hand and learning different moves. I started watching videos about magic and even just performances so I could see how confident they were when they performed. I kept going until one day I showed him a trick and he couldn’t fathom how it was done. That’s when I knew I loved magic. Seeing someone fooled time and time again is the joy of magic. When their inner kid goes ‘wow, its actually magic’
