The first book of this series is dedicated to a few people that frequented legendary Brighton establishments such as
The Whitehawk Inn, Queen’s Park Tavern and
The Spread Eagle.
Trusted homes of unequalled British humour and Pub banter.
In my humble opinion they epitomised the attitude of the era and forever remain close to my heart.
The Boys: Tom Jones, DJ and occasional Sparky,
Johnny Nottle, ‘Herbie’ Davenport and
Phil ‘Chappo’ Chapman.
The Girls: Cindy Newland, Beverley Maynard,
Sue Stevens and Debbie Parris, may you all R.I.P.
