Roast and Ramen! 2 delicious meals I made this week. Used a plant based ‘beef’ from and vegan Yorkshire puddings. Really good- cheats ramen made with shore ramen broth- very earthy with the seaweed.

Healthy food to try and combat the middle age spread 🤣 chilli no carne amd nachos and my favourite breakfast- coconut yoghurt with berries and seeds and avo on seeded whole grain- sneaky homemade brownie with which is delicious!
