This as been in the Pipeline for the last few years and now , finally the Garden Room is ready to welcome you all 💚 with over 20 years experience in the cake making industry it's time to share my knowledge and maybe get someone else started in this busy business 🎂
This is the perfect workshop to help you gain confidence with covering cakes.
The skills you develop will take you forward with creating beautiful masterpieces 💛

In this class you will learn to:
🎂Split, level and prepare a sponge cake for decorating
🎂Crumb coat
🎂Cover your cake with sugar paste creating a smooth, professional finish
🎂Use cutters and moulds to create decorations
🎂Learn to handle flower paste
🎂Placement of decorations and how to attach them to cakes
.
All the equipment you will need is provided and you will go away from this workshop with a beautiful 8 inch cake .( boxed) and the know how to create more .
