We're absolutely loving the prolonged (and much-needed) sunny weather and it’s been keeping us incredibly busy this summer! ☀️

As a result, most of our key dates are now close to fully booked. If you're planning an event, the most available dates now begin from the week commencing 9th September.

If you have something in mind before then, please do get in touch—we’ll do our very best to accommodate your needs.

This summer has been extra special for us, thanks in part to the support we received through the UK government's Levelling Up scheme, provided by Horsham Council. This funding allowed us to invest in brand-new inflatable hire equipment, enhancing our offerings and helping us continue our sustained growth. We’re thrilled to have been able to share these new additions with you all!

All of our new equipment has now arrived, including our 70ft Purple and Orange Challenge Obstacle Course which was out today on its first hire. It’s safe to say it looks amazing and a lot bigger than even we were anticipating!

Hi all,

We are currently working with a community pub project based in Amberley, West Sussex and are currently looking for pop up street food vendors who may be interested in setting up on Friday evenings and possibly Saturday evenings in the upcoming months at The Sportsman Inn. The pub would be open on a drinks only basis.

One space we are very keen to fill is Saturday 30th March and we will then have availability for at least every Friday beyond that. We are hoping to engage with a variety of vendors to keep the offering fresh – so if you/anybody you know may be interested in this, please do message us at [email protected].

Hi all,

We are looking for a part-time delivery driver between May 2023 - September 2023 predominantly for weekend work with the option for some midweek work.

Preferably, we would need someone -

- Aged 25 or older (for insurance purposes)
- Full UK Driving License
- Capable of carrying out physical work/lifting heavy equipment

Full training will be provided, pay and expected hours to be discussed. The job will require extensive travel throughout West Sussex, East Sussex and the Hampshire/Surrey borders. The applicant will not be expected to work every weekend as we will have staff working on a rotating basis, so may be ideal for someone who is already in work elsewhere, too.

We are into our sixth day here at Leonardslee Gardens where you will be able to find us and our Dragon at the end of the Pumpkin Trail 🎃

We will be here until Monday 31st October, although operation of the inflatables will be weather dependant. There will be lots of other activities on too, including arts and crafts and for selected days you can come up close and personal with some reptiles and creepy crawlies 🕷

🌞 What a crazy summer it has been 🌞

Meet some of our latest additions available for Summer 2022! Our new 3D Shark Slide Combi and 3D Dino Slide Combi are another take on the classic bounce and slide range, providing an extra wow factor to any party! With a bouncy bed and slide they have everything kids look for in a bouncy castle with the benefit of an enclosed space and low roof, meaning it will fit into many halls for indoor hire!

In addition to these and ready for July 2022, we have added another Jungle Kingdom inflatable to our fleet. This large play zone inflatable is a real head turner and bound to keep the kids entertained for hours on end. Also with a low roof, this would fit in many larger halls for winter hires.

AVAILABILITY UPDATE:
Demand has been especially high this year and as such many of our upcoming weekends we have had to close off for day hires. This does not necessarily mean we cannot help; however, we are having to instead offer Friday to Monday hires at a reduced ‘long term hire’ rate in order to fulfil additional hires. Please do feel free to get in touch and we will be happy to advise the cost on specific items.

Wage: £11p/h
Hours: Casual work (Late April to September) - 15-35 Hours Per Week (Core hours available June/July/August).

Crockerz Events/Castles are looking to hire an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our team. Due to the seasonality of our work, core hours will be available between Late April-September and comprise predominantly of weekend work, although midweek may still be required.

Job Description:

Load up vehicle[s] with equipment, deliver and carry out full safe installation of bouncy castle[s] and/or garden equipment at customer premises/desired delivery point. You will also be required to collect the equipment at the end of the hire period, too. All inflatables when installed will need to also be cleaned (equipment for this provided) and there may also be times midweek where we will need assistance in maintaining our equipment to a good standard (deeper cleans/drying equipment etc.)

As Senior Delivery Driver/Bouncy Castle operator you will be required to maintain good time keeping skills and work to a strict schedule. You will also be responsible for all of the driving with previous experience driving a van preferable (The van provided is a company branded long wheel base Ford Transit).

Although the job is relatively simple, it also requires a lot of heavy lifting, so being in good physical health is a must. If you’re a keen fitness enthusiast, we find it a fantastic way to stay fit whilst getting paid. Further to this, it is a very customer facing/focussed role, so confidence/previous experience in customer service would be preferable.

This role during our busier months will require early mornings and late evenings, so flexibility to be able to do this is also a must. Additionally, the ability to think on your feet may be required to resolve potential customer issues and time clashes.

Requirements:

- Must be punctual, polite and level-headed - Timings for delivery and great customer service is crucial
- Must be 21 years or older (due to insurance).
- Must be in good physical health with the ability to lift heavy objects (full training will be given)
- Prepared to work long hours at weekends and busy week days
- Full clean driving licence
- Ideally person would live close to Storrington, West Sussex
- Must be very flexible, proactive and logical – timings can change/delivery requirements may (and will change) during busier days – ability to stay calm in these situations is crucial
- DBS checked (this is something we will arrange along with yourselves if you don’t have one)

Putting up our brand new Inferno Obstacle Course for the first time! It didn't disappoint 🔥 a multi level assult course leading to an 8ft platform slide and ending with another length of obstacle course, quite the work our after all those chocolate eggs!!
