This was the first of my two venue visits today. A lovely waterside setting and wasn’t it the sunniest day to visit? 😎 It was lovely to sit outside and watch the boats coming and going.

A fake tier could be just the thing to give your wedding cake a height boost. This lovely fake tier is from Little D's Cakery in Glenfield, Leicestershire.

This fake tier (shown) is an 8 inch x 6 inch acrylic tier. It’s £42 to hire a plain tier (with £32 deposit refunded on return of the tier) or £60 to hire a stencilled tier as pictured (with £32 deposit refunded on return)

Obviously the cake price will depend on the cake you choose 😘

⭐️ PHOTO SHOOT - I’m looking forward to planning some more photo shoots this year! I always relish the challenge of getting something from my head into reality and it’s so exciting when I get to share it on my blog with you.

It’s especially rewarding when a bride sees it, flings her arms around me and says ‘THAT’s what I want for my wedding’ which happened with this shoot here back before Covid.

I’ve got some visuals already in my minds eye. I just need to create the mood boards!
