Interesting article, about songwriter Mark James, who wrote Suspicious Minds and Hooked on a Feeling.
In addition, he had written film scores for Reservoir Dogs, Kramer vs Kramer and Guardians of the Galaxy, amongst others.
He was so well thought of in the industry, that the BMI (British Music Industry) named him as one of the top songwriters of the 20th century, along with Sir Paul McCartney and Elton John / Bernie Taupin.
RIP Mark James.

He also co-wrote "Always on My Mind," a #1 hit for Willie Nelson that won the Grammy Award for Song of the Year
