I'm so proud of this lovely post, thank you Rosy May for taking the time to write it 😘

My team are very important to me & I value every one of them. Their mental health & wellbeing is a high priority & I will always do all I can to support them.

In 2022 I met this fantastic lady when I spontaneously had to step in to be an elf for Father Christmas!!

Since then we've had so much fun up down and around East Anglia at the most amazing events, spreading a lot of joy to wonderful young people.

Last year I was going through a particularly rough time with my mental health, and it impacted my work massively. Never once was I made to feel weird, un safe or unwelcome as part of the team.

Emma was one of the first employers I felt safe enough to ask for some time out in the middle of work to calm down and regulate, and that's all down to the type of person she is and the working environment she creates.

I'm so glad we met and I feel like it was meant to be!
