Here at Be Cuckoo we love creating fun, magical themes for our parties. We specialise in luxe sleepover parties, pop-up picnic parties, bubble and bell tents, movie nights and kids wedding / event corners. We believe every party should be personalised to each child and love to completely transform your given space. Included with our inside sleepover bookings each guest receives a personalised slee

p mask and place setting to keep, and the VIP a personalised banner.

Based in Bexleyheath, we cover SE London and Kent. We cater up to 5 miles from DA7 postcode free of charge, thereafter a small mileage fee would apply.

Making magical memories that’s what we are all about ✨✨
There were lots made over the weekend for these little elves!

We love to personalise, even our basic package for Christmas had some little named goodies added. We charge the same price for our Basic Christmas set up as our normal prices (luxe is more).

Pop a reminder in your diary for 2025 (around about Sept) to get booked in on time. All our available slots have gone for this year - Thank you to all who have booked 🥰.

Last peek at our Tiny VIP children’s corner for this beautiful wedding day!

We’ve been to The plough at Leigh in Hildenborough a few times now and it is such a beautiful setting with the perfect space for a children’s corner!
Everyone is very friendly and it has a really lovely atmosphere.
Everytime we’ve been here the venue has been set up differently, from casual to more traditional, it all looks fab !

Thank you so much to our lovely Bride for asking us to set this up for them. It certainly looked like a good time was had by all when we turned up to collect 💕💕 just what we like to see!

We hope a fabulous day was had by all as you said ‘I do’ .

Party packages: Party of 2 £95 Party of 3 £130 Party of 4 £160 Plus £30 extra tents

What is included in the hire? - Our beautiful CE marked tents - Soft foam mattresses with protectors and fitted sheets - Warm bedding and throw - Optional pillows and protectors or guest can bring their own - A collection of luxury soft cushions - Breakfast table - Themed bunting / decorative garlands between tents - Dreamcatchers or a decoration per tent - Beautiful sparkly fairy lights (battery operated) - Lanterns with tea lights (battery operated) - Name plates for each tepee - Fluffy floor rugs / artificial grass depending on chosen theme - Delivery and set-up - Take down and collection

To keep: - Personalised digital invitation, a high res PDF for you to print yourself and a FaceBook Event banner designed to fit your theme. - Personalised name banner to match in with the theme, cut out from a premium card - Personalised sleepmask per guest to keep - Place setting for each guest to keep - Magical memories (sorry a bit cliché but it’s true!)

Space required for our sleepover parties:

The space required per A-frame tent is 90cm (width) x 160cm (length), with the breakfast table 90cm x 200cm (we can cater up to 8).

Traditional/lace teepees are wider at 140cm x 160cm, with the breakfast table 140cm x 200cm. (We can cater for 2 of these).

The most popular set-up seems to be a traditional teepee for the birthday child and then their friends all have an A-frame tent each, or if not they all have A-frame tents depending on space.

If you are not sure, please send us the dimensions of your designated room and we shall do a quick plan for you to work out how many tents will fit and the different layout that they can form.

Space required for our pop-up picnic parties:

Medium traditional / lace teepee

Payment: A deposit of £50 (non-refundable) is required to confirm the booking in addition to a completed Booking Form. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the booking date. An additional security deposit of £50 will be payable 48 hours before the party. The security deposit is refundable once the equipment has been collected undamaged and fully tested (normally within 48 hours). In the unlikely event that any items are damaged replacement costs will be deducted.
