💕Last week we were at the amazing Minterne House for a gorgeous couple whose theme was lavender. We supplied crisp white taffeta bows on the chairs and our gold beaded charger plates with lilac napkins. Coloured napkins are getting popular this year as they are great for adding colour to the tables. Table dressing can be so fun! The Wedding Library Dorset supplied their pretty props and decor as well as the super sweet trolley! Yum!! 💕

💕We have dressed some amazing venues this month! Today we were at the beautiful Sopley Mill. The lovely couple chose sage green as their colour. How amazing does it look?! Naomi at The Wedding Library Dorset supplied a huge amount of wonderful decor. And the sun shone 💕

💕Sage green is still a hugely popular colour for weddings. This beautiful set up at The Old Milking Parlour at Cavokay House for a photoshoot. We used our sage green cheesecloth chair drapes and table runners. Our seagrass placemats look perfect with the green, and finished off with some bling from our gold cutlery. We can also supply personalised bookmarks for your placenames. We couldn’t have created this look without Naomi of The Wedding Library Dorset and her amazing styling items. 💕Village hall weddings are hugely popular this year. They are a great blank canvass to dress. This is Pamphill Parish Hall. We dressed this lovely cozy hall with fairy lights, room draping and swagging. Our white chair covers with sage green cheesecloth hoods with a cute white rose. Lots of tablecloths and green runners. The brides Mum did an amazing job with the centrepieces. Congratulations Lydia and Sergio! 💕

💕Our first 2024 wedding at the fabulous Crown Hotel Blandford was for a lovely couple M&D. Our room draping and lights really created a romantic atmosphere at this venue. Our made to measure chair covers with light hessian sashes looked gorgeous with sprigs of eucalyptus. The beautiful moongate and trees from Naomi of The Wedding Library Dorset finished off the styling perfectly 💕

💕Our second wedding fair was at the gorgeous Kingston Maurward Weddings and Events. We dressed a table with our friends at The Wedding Library Dorset, and a sweetheart table with our chiffon table skirt. Behind our exhibitors table we set up a small backdrop in pink and white. We are loving the pink and gold set ups at the moment!💕

💕Time for a wedding fair catch up! Our first fair of the year was Sturminster Newton Wedding Fair. This was a huge fair! We were delighted to be able to create a light tunnel adjoining two of the exhibition rooms and also our 6 meter backdrop. We styled with the wonderful Naomi of The Wedding Library Dorset and the gorgeous dresses supplied by Tracey at Brides of Dorset(sorry I don’t know the name of the model)💕

Welcome signs are so important. Paired with the right décor and pretty florals they can set the scene for your wedding and give your guests the reassurance they need that they have arrived in the right place.

Not every welcome sign needs to start with the word ‘welcome’ though. This pretty little sign in a rustic design is new to our collection and I simply fell in love with the wording 🤍.

‘It’s a forever kind of thing’ is such a lovely sentiment and feels like a much more personal and romantic way to welcome your favourite people to witness the beginning of your forever 🤍.
