Beautiful winter sunny day for a great couple to finish the 2023 wedding season off!
Slow roasted lamb with sundried tomatoes and garlic, loin of pork stuffed with wild mushrooms wrapped in Parma ham with cream sauce and salmon with prawns & scallops in a white wine sauce. Canapés to kick off and a trio of limoncello tiramisu, chocolate brownie and sticky toffee pudding to finish off

Here are some pictures from last week, stunning flowers by the lovely Rachel at Wild Rose. Starters were Fig & Red Onion Tart (v), Duck with Beetroot and Sweet Potato & Lemon infused Salmon with Hollandaise Sauce. Main Course was Tuscan Chicken or Pan Fried Sea Bass.

Hi all, here are a few pictures from our last events. The cheese wedding cake was a huge success and really enjoyed by all. Starters were prawn and avocado salad and a beetroot & goats cheese salad followed by fillet beef with béarnaise sauce then profiteroles and crème brûlée

Yesterdays beautiful wedding. A few pictures of starters…chicken wings, chilli & garlic prawns on ciabatta and a goats cheese and beetroot salad. Main course was roast beef & Yorkshire’s followed by a trio of Eton mess, cheesecake and chocolate brownie 😋

What a great day today, Luckily it had cooled down a bit! Sharing plates for starters then sharing main course of Tuscan Chicken & Beef Bourguignon followed by a trio of desserts. Fabulous bunch of guests who were great fun
