First day back. We’ll that not quite true but it feels like the first productive day as the kids went back at school and my amazing team were back together.

1. Tulips you can just see poking though in the first photo. They were planted at the very very end of Nov just before Christmas production begins so there fast to get going. Yes the dog is wearing a jumper but only because she refuses to stay inside and it really was bitterly cold today.
2. Perennial area in control but not finished cutting back quite yet but just to see it in the sun today was a joy.
3&4. We spent the morning in the tunnel putting in the canes and planting sweet peas as well as a light w**d and checking all the ranunculus.

It feels good to be back.

We’re holding a florist’s open day on Tuesday 18th April.

It’s a chance to come meet the team, have coffee and of course see all the lovely things we grow and tell you about all the seedlings ready to be planted. It won’t be a perfect plot and there will most definitely be w**ds but that’s just the reality!!
If your keen you use British flowers in your floral work then please DM to book a place (numbers will be limited).

The snow has taken us slightly by surprise but it dose make our workshop look quite beautiful.
We will be back with Narcissi and tulips towards the end of the week all available from the roadside stand. There’s also potted paper whites, a few wreaths and bundles of eucalyptus and foliage.

Join us for a festive evening of wreath making, drinks and nibbles at Woodchester Mill.

We’ll provide a selection of locally grown and foraged materials and teach you how to make and design your own Christmas wreath.

Pulling tulips ready for this weeks sales.

No deliveries for the next 2 weeks as I’m away but don’t panic as mum will be stocking the stand from this Friday through the weekend and Easter weekend from Thursday onwards so pop by and pick up a bunch of beautiful tulips and scented narcissi.
