An Issue of concern!! Sorry for this lengthy post! but please read.
We've been in entertainment since 2003, full time as a self employed partnership since 2008.
We pay our taxes, insurances and everything else associated with our business. Our work puts food on the table and the roof over our heads.
We have worked hard over the years to provide a service that ensures it does. We have built a client base, loyal customer support and a following that we are proud of and extremely grateful for.
In recent years it is the development of our version of Music Bingo, the hard work we have put in that stands us apart from others that we feel has secured our future.
We pride ourselves on the service we provide always taking into account the difficulties our customers face, this has become even more of a consideration since the covid pandemic.
We try to remain competitive with our pricing but also provide the best entertainment on a professional level with the associated costs and our reinvestment goals.
We have also always been considerate and respectful of others in the industry , never wishing to tread on any one's toes!
Many say that all is fair in 'love and war, in business!!' Is it?
It has come to our attention that someone who appeared at one of our Music Bingo events as a player, spoke with us on a very friendly inquisitive manner! Is now following us! looking at our diary, visiting our venues and poaching our work, undercutting our price considerably!
We have lost two venues as a result of this, one a recent addition, the other of longer standing. They are free of course to choose who ever they wish for their entertainment needs, but the way in which the cancellation of our services was handled was disrespectful, unprofessional and unnecessary.
For the record, we are not, and will not in the future be hosting Music Bingo events or provide any other services at Madison Heights, Maldon or The Muddy Duck, Maldon despite the fact that some promotion for their events may depict us or our services!
We ask that all our venues use our posters, the posters are generic, altered for each by colour scheme and clearly headed 'presented by Quest 4 Entertainment'
We value your support and if you wish to play our version of Music Bingo, you'll know where to find us.
We hope we can continue to count on our venues, our customers loyalty. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our business, please feel free to discuss this with us openly.
