Good morning folks
For our bookings today we hope very much to be on TIME or possibly a bit EARLY however yesterday they got held back with traffic accident in Bangor and then one in Comber which kept them 20-25 minutes late I will keep you all updated of arrival times closer to your booking slot

Every year I swear I am giving this up as the work involved from July until bookings are finished in December the stress of sorting it all out sourcing and wrapping all the gifts sorting out bookings into a route and trying to keep the guys on time until I receive the lovely messages from the customers then I think we’ll it has made someone happy and I then remember why I do it

Folks please be advised that if children are refusing to sit down during the sleigh ride we will stop the event as we have to put health and safety first we do provide seat belts and ask that they be used to ensure the safety of the children it is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to ensure that children remain seated and follow instructions given by our staff to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all involved

Reminder folks we can arrive up to 15 mins early to try and stay ahead of the traffic please ensure your group are all there by this stage and ready to go as your booking starts as soon as we arrive really appreciated

Folks all bookings have received the request for children’s ages etc and a reminder in some cases 2 reminders this is our FINAL CALL all information must be in by no later than Monday any that have NOT RESPONDED we will assume they no longer require the booking and it will be cancelled and offered to customers waiting on availability
