Leon vs Paul
In the matchup between Leon and Paul, Leon stepped in at the last moment. Although his training has been inconsistent, he eagerly accepted the opportunity without a second thought. Paul, on the other hand, came in with less experience but was determined to make a statement. Initially, he started strong, but as the fight progressed, Leon’s experience began to shine through. He took control of the match, demonstrating his abilities when he really focused. Leon truly embodies the spirit of SAS boxing. Leon emerged victorious.

Jay vs Justin
In the matchup between Jay and Justin, both fighters were making their debut under the SAS banner, and what a thrilling contest it turned out to be! Jay took a few hits early on but soon realized that he could deliver just as much as he received. These two young men achieved what many aspire to in the ring. In the end, Justin emerged as the victor.

Marcus vs Eli
In the clash between Marcus and Eli, both fighters were closely matched, resulting in an exciting back-and-forth battle. Marcus seemed to edge out the first round and just barely secured the second, but fatigue set in, allowing Eli to take the third round. However, the judges had a different perspective, ultimately awarding the victory to Eli, who had his hand raised in triumph. Fans are hopeful for a rematch to see these two fighters face off again. Eli 1 up

Dom vs Jordan
In the bout between Dom and Jordan, the matchup seemed evenly matched on paper, but Dom executed his game plan flawlessly. He effectively targeted both the body and head while maintaining control of the pace of the fight. Jordan suffered an eight-count but Dom capitalized on that moment, refusing to give him any breathing room and relentlessly applying pressure throughout the match. In the end, Dom emerged victorious.

Jayden vs Finlay
In the 16 and under bout between Jayden and Finlay, both young fighters showcased their incredible potential for the future. Jayden's footwork and movement were exceptional, demonstrating his skillful boxing technique, while Finlay proved he was equally up to the task, displaying a clear understanding of his strategy and executing it well.

Fergus vs Danny
In the matchup between Fergus and Danny, Fergus faced a few challenges leading up to the fight, with several opponents pulling out. Thankfully, Danny stepped up on very short notice, and we owe him our gratitude for that. The crowd in Southampton certainly heard the impact of Fergus's powerful right hand, which would have knocked many fighters out. Remarkably, Danny managed to get back on his feet and made it home safely to his family after the bout. In the end, Fergus celebrated a well-deserved victory, with his win coming in the second round KO.

Lewis vs Connor
In the match between Lewis and Connor, Lewis followed his game plan to perfection, maintaining a calm and composed demeanor throughout the fight. He executed his strategy flawlessly, and it’s clear that if he continues on this path, we can look forward to some thrilling bouts in the future. Lewis secured a victory by points.

Shawn vs Karan
In the bout between Shawn and Karan, Shawn struggled to find his rhythm—whether it was due to pressure or nerves, only he can say. Meanwhile, Karan entered the ring with a clear game plan and executed it effectively, ultimately achieving victory by stoppage. Shawn will undoubtedly return stronger, shaking off the nerves and pressure to come back better than ever. Karan's win by stoppage marks a significant achievement in his journey.

Connor vs Terry
In the third encounter between Connor and Terry, the result once again ended in a draw. Both fighters had their moments during the match, but it was the periods of hesitation that ultimately hindered their performance. Fans are hopeful to see more of these two in the ring again, and perhaps next time they’ll be competing out of the same corner. The bout concluded with yet another draw, leaving the rivalry intriguing and open for a future matchup way into the future.

Ellis vs Troy
In the matchup between Ellis and Troy, Ellis faced a last-minute change in opponent, with Troy stepping in just an hour before the fight after a few stressful weeks. We appreciate Troy for making it happen and saving the night. Ellis has shown remarkable improvement over the past few months, and his boxing skills continue to develop. Despite the unexpected switch in opponents, which can be challenging for many fighters, Ellis maintained his composure and focused on his strategy. While boxing fundamentals can sometimes take a backseat when facing a larger opponent, he managed to adapt and secure a points victory.

Last fight
Charlie vs Lee
Both of these fighters have faced illness recently, which kept them from training adequately for a couple of weeks. However, their warrior spirit shone through, and both were determined to continue and put their belts on the line, demonstrating their commitment to facing the best competition out there. What an incredible fight it turned out to be—it was a nail-biter and difficult to call. In the end, the judges awarded Lee the points victory, but this is definitely a matchup that fans would love to see again and again. Here’s hoping they can come to an agreement and make a rematch happen!

Tom, our MC for the evening, did a fantastic job of keeping everything running smoothly. A big thank you to Mark for overseeing medical safety and vigilantly watching over the fighters.
