More buttonhole love today! Make sure they suit your theme and style. They don't want to be too big and heavy, as they could pull your lapel down and/or the flower head could twist with the weight. They need to look spot on for your photos 😍

I feel like Groom's Buttonholes are often a floral item which are overlooked by the Bride's Bouquet. Of course, they're not as extravagant and big as bouquets but they should still be thought about properly in terms of colour, texture and size.

They need to sit correctly on the Groom's suit lapel and co-ordinate well with their jacket, shirt and tie. Don't forget your Buttonholes!! 🫶

I set up several weddings at the wonderful Rutland Hall Hotel throughout August. Here's just one of them - the Bride wanted to include pheasant feathers because she's a country girl 🥰 I also tied on all 95 white chair sashes into beautiful centre bows for this wedding, to bring the whole theme together ✨

I'm baaaaack!! Phew it's definitely tricky looking after a baby and running your own business 😂 But I managed to create some beautiful floral arrangements for a few gorgeous weddings this Summer! I'll post a few pics over the coming weeks for you all to see what I've been up to.

But I had to come back to show you Margarete and Rahil's stunning wedding! They wanted small, understated bouquets and buttonholes, opting for gypsophila and roses 🤍
