An important reminder very well put by The Butterfly Mind. This is a point we personally believe strongly at Maggie Monk School of Dancing. When life is filled with transitions it is easy as parent to worry that your child needs less in their timetable. But Dance can remain the constant to ground children and make them feel safe during changes to school and home life.
