Sore Fingers Summer Schools is Europe's leading organisation for bluegrass and old-time music camps, offering world class tuition for all the instruments played in bluegrass as well as old-time fiddle and banjo, autoharp and singing. The main event of the year is Sore Fingers Week, a five day residential course held in the Cotswolds at Easter time, during which musicians of all levels can learn an

d improve their knowledge and skills. It is a complete experience where you can escape the daily routine and immerse yourself in music and fun for a whole week. Many become hooked and return year after year. We also run a weekend course in late October with the same classes as the main event (depending on demand), allowing people to try out the experience over a shorter period.

Well, I imagine you're all as tired and emotional as the team are, but what an incredible week it's been. Particular shout to everyone who performed in what must be the best student concert yet.

URGENT GENERAL NOTICE!
PLEASE SHARE THIS WITH ANYONE WHO NEEDS TO KNOW

Not the Christmas Present we wanted but as a result of our internet service provider discontinuing our service, on their advice, we transferred our account to BT.
BT own Plusnet but they don't talk to each other! BT also own BT Openreach and they don't talk to them either. How brilliant!
The result is that we've total lost all our internet services (we are connecting with a third part dongle) and we are not receiving or able to send email from the "hipposound.co.uk" nor the "sorefingers.co.uk" addresses. Neither does our landline work 01373 813590.
