CARL HUTCHINSON
Born in Sheffield, the United Kingdom in 1971, Carl Hutchinson relocated to Kent with his family at the age of 12. After a terrifying encounter with a full-bodied apparition during a family stay at a historic Kent hotel, Carl knew that there was something more to this world, something paranormal. He has investigated some of the most haunted locations worldwide and worked alongside some of the biggest names in the paranormal field.
His logical approach during investigations as well as his wealth of tech knowledge makes him a valuable team member. Carlâs paranormal research has expanded more into the use of ITC (Instrumental Trans-Communication) devices and modern investigating equipment. As well as setting up numerous experiments during investigations, he takes his environmental and base investigation research very seriously.
Over the last decade of investigating the paranormal, Carl has experienced some incredible paranormal phenomena including very interesting and in part scary moments. From being punched by unseen hands at Fort Horsted, to seeing a full-body apparition of a woman at Rye Castle. He has heard footsteps, whistles, strange noises, seen shadow figures, witnessed strange flowing lights and had various things thrown at him by ethereal beings - in his words âI love what I do, and the buzz of investigating is so amazingâ.
In 2012, Carl appeared on the Travel Channel hit television show âGhost Adventuresâ at Fort Horsted in Kent, where he had the opportunity to work alongside Zak Bagans and the Ghost Adventures Crew. In 2014 he joined the Sage Paranormal team; he has worked alongside MJ Dickson hosting public events and worldwide investigations throughout the last 8 years. For the last 2 years, Carl has been a part of 3 seasons of the Sage Productions UK show â In Search Of The Paranormal - with MJ and the rest of the team.

KAREN A. DAHLMAN
Karen is an author, paranormal researcher, licensed counselor, and spirit communicator. She also serves as an officer and director of the Talking Board Historical Society. Born with the gifts of clairvoyance, clairaudience, and clairsentience, Karen communicates with sentient beings in the unseen dimensions and uses these gifts with her clients, providing spiritual readings.
As a leading, accomplished Ouija Practitioner, she has been using the Ouija Board since 1973 with astounding results. GREG LAWSON
Greg has traveled to over 40 countries visiting some of Earth's strangest sites and conducting his own investigation of their paranormal histories. Greg is a 30-year law enforcement officer, professional investigator, police academy instructor, college educator, and former expert witness for investigative procedures. He also researches and investigates human paranormal experiences and locations known for spiritual or unusual activity. He has authored several books on the subject and specializes in providing alternative perspectives to explain human experience.
Greg is also a 10-year military veteran with the US Army, Navy, and Air Force, (...yes you can do that...) and is currently a street patrol lieutenant in Central Texas. He uses the thousands of hours of training he has received through his profession and his experience as a detective along with his Masters Degree in Education to study paranormal human experiences and physical anomalies.
With deployments to Central America, Europe, Northern Africa, Asia, the Middle East, and two Western Pacific sea deployments, Greg is a lifetime member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) and holds an honorary Admiral commission in the Texas Navy.
Greg received his bachelor's degree in applied arts and sciences and his master's degree in education, specializing in complex adaptive human systems. He is a proud alumni of Texas State University.

JESSICA POTTER
Jessica was born in Albuquerque, NM, and raised in Alaska. Born into a military family, her father was an Air Force Rescue pilot and her mother a Registered Nurse. She learned at a young age to have high integrity and be of service to others, especially those in need. Sheâs a free-spirited soul that has had a natural connection to the Spirit world since a young age. She had her first major Mediumship communication at the age of 13 when a family member passed away. This experience left her with a curiosity about the Spirit world.
As a natural Medium, sheâs always had certain knowledge and emotional understanding of things that extended past her Christian upbringing. She didnât realize she was a so-called Medium until after a close loved one passed away in her early 30s. This experience then opened her up to an entirely new level of communication with the other side. From that moment on she has continued to dedicate her life to expanding her knowledge of the Spirit world.
From a young age, sheâs always felt drawn to missing person cases, cold cases, and forensics. She became certified through the Impartial Witness Program to be a caseworker in January of 2016. Sheâs worked alongside law enforcement helping to solve missing persons and cold cases as a Medium. She volunteers her time on all cases for the benefit of providing answers and closure to the victimsâ families.
Currently, Jessica teaches Psychic and Mediumship development classes, runs training groups online, travels often for Gallery Readings, Paracon shows, and most importantly bringing comfort to those that lost a loved one by validating they are still very much a part of their life. Her goal is to break the stigmas around Mediumship and help others find an understanding of how it all works.

RICHARD ESTEP
Richard is an author, paranormal investigator, and TV personality. He has worked on shows such as Haunted Case Files (Paranormal Investigators in the UK) Haunted Hospitals, and Paranormal 911.
His love of all things ghostly began at a very young age, fed by staying in his grandparentsâ haunted house in England and by a constant stream of binge reading at his local library. He began investigating hauntings in the mid-nineties, when he started, the bug bit him and hasnât let go ever since. He took this passion with him when he moved to the United States in 1999, and finally formed the Boulder County Paranormal Research Society in 2006, which is still going strong today.
He started writing about his paranormal experiences in 2013, and now has a number of books that are either on the market or contracted to be released in the near future. Richard is a paramedic and clinical educator for a private ambulance company. When he is not doing that, he teaches EMT and paramedic students at two different medical training establishments, and occasionally gives tours at the infamous Stanley Hotel in Estes Park, Colorado.
In the tiny amount of free time that does not involve paranormal investigation and writing about it, Richard is an unabashed geek, with a particular bias towards all things Star Wars. He definitely has a Lego problem that may eventually require professional counseling if it gets any further out of hand. Perhaps above all else, he is a collector and reader of books.
Richard is based in Colorado with his wife and a menagerie of rescued cats and dogs.
