Todays job was a BBQ for a corporate company in conjunction with Thunder Burst Events, who provided all the marquees, bar, tables and chairs etc.. It’s always a pleasure working with these guys, so if your looking for a marquee or bar etc, get in touch. 👌👌.. now for a weekend at a new event for us at the Maverick festival in Easton farm park. Soooo, what's been going on at The Curry Cart lately?..well we have had a busy winter! ...after last years MOT we were advised that she was in need of some new metal replacing due to her age and a fair bit of rot!.. do we sell her on for someone else to take on the mammoth task? well of course not! we spent the winter replacing the whole back end, sides and installing new flooring. She is currently having a full service and a few other small jobs before coming home to have the kitchen re installed. Just four weeks until we start the season so its full steam ahead to get her ready in time.🤞

The 46th Grand Henham Steam Rally takes place on Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 September 2022 (10am - 6pm) at Henham Park near Southwold, Suffolk. Join us for a fantastic family day out with exciting displays, parades and attractions!

Steer one of our incredible steam engines and enjoy displays from Nigel Oakley’s heavy horses, N & J Heavy Horses, a fire display and steam roller barrel rolling.

We also have hundreds of vintage and classic vehicles, working steam engines, live music including the Lowestoft Longshoremen, a vintage fairground, the Lowestoft Dog Agility Display Team, petting farm, children’s entertainment and stamp trail, as well as avenues of trade stalls and crafts.

We will be inside the ground with our Free Range Hog Roast and a couple of other dishes ( our popular tandoori flatbread and a veggie pesto flatbread ) This is going to be a great charity day!
