The Forgotten Cuts Company Director and chef Ellie Ledden began Forgotten cuts back in 2015. Ellie is now combining her love of food and nutrition to create super tasty foodie products.

lways focussing on huge depths of flavours, the slow food movement, sustainability and ethics, Forgotten cuts has catered for large corporate daily lunches to festival style weddings and birthdays in a field to intimate supper clubs. From the start of the Pandemic, they were delivering immunity boosting salad boxes and roast dinners to those isolating and the NHS. The Summer saw them take on a pop up kitchen in a pub in Hove. 2020 came to a close with high end 'Finish at home' meals delivered to your door.
