Did you know that what we nowadays call Empire Biscuits were originally called German Biscuits or Linzer Biscuits? Whatever you want to call them, each one is individually cut out, baked, sandwiched together with our own Appleberry raspberry jam and delicately topped with icing and a little piece of cherry 🍒 Deliciousness in one bite! 🥰

It’s a ginger spices kind of day here at Appleberry. Whatever the weather outside, stick the kettle on and enjoy a hot drink and a slice of gingerbread loaf, it’s delicious! Only £6.50 for a large loaf 🙂

It’s been a chocolate cake kinda day here in the Appleberry kitchen, but then who doesn’t love chocolate cake?!

Meringues in the making! Deliciously light and with a chewy centre they are a stalwart of your Afternoon Tea menu, but did you know you can order extra meringues and separate cream to enjoy the next day as well? An extra 12 meringues with cream is only £5.50 , so next time you order why not give yourself an extra treat?!

Our cajun chicken pasta is fast becoming a customer favourite on our buffet menu. It’s one of those simple but utterly delicious dishes. Remember, we have a full buffet menu available, for more details and to see the menu drop Appleberry a DM.
