Monday 17th February- Refresh ‘stop and go’

This week’s focus will be on
🕺🏼purposeful leading - when, how and why to stop your partner and what that adds to the dance.

💃🏻 responsive following - understanding the rules of when it’s time to go and when it’s better to wait!

We will be looking at one move from last week as well as new moves for you to play with.

Not everyone you dance with will have learned these fundamentals so invite friends and learn these concepts together!! ❤️
