From Monday 13th January Dynamic Dance will be running REFRESH intermediate lessons - aimed at improvers right through to dance veterans!
‘Refresh’ will run as part of our normal Modern Jive evening, so you can join for the Beginners class as usual from 7:30pm, or join us from 8:15pm for freestyle- However Refresh will run in place of the standard Intermediate lesson!
So what is Refresh?
Refresh takes all of us right back to the basics of our dancing - not with beginners moves but with solid technique, looking at connection, styling, musicality, movement-over-moves, body placement and much, much, much more! Elevate your dancing, in just a few weeks!
This is aimed at all levels of intermediate dancers so if you are new to intermediates, this is a great time to jump up - for those dancing a little bit longer or those who haven’t been to class for a while - this is your chance to up your game!
There will still be ‘moves’ for those of you wanting to build up your repertoire and the idea is that we will look at one element per week for the next 6-8 weeks!
