We are Meadow and Marquee! A brand new pop-up marquee space new for 2024 🙌🏼

We have a wealth of knowledge within the wedding industry, with over 25 years of wedding catering under our belts plus over 15 years of wedding planning experience!

Now is our chance to showcase how it’s done on our very own piece of land in the beautiful English countryside.

Based on the outskirts of Newark-on-Trent, Nottinghamshire. We are within easy reach of the A1 and Newark train stations.

We aim to host relaxed, fun-filled weddings and we encourage style, personality and most importantly, a celebration of LOVE ❤️

We are sooo excited to be able to open our gates officially and showcase our brand new marquee by in spring this year 🌸

By appointment only - we are now taking bookings between 27th April- 5th May for viewings of our marquee.

Posted • It’s never too early to start thinking about Christmas, especially when Festive Treats are involved! 🎅🏼🎄

Join us on Sunday 10th December, when the hall will be decorated in its Christmas finery and enjoy a Christmas Afternoon Tea with your family and friends 🧁❤️

Take a walk around the house and grounds, where you will see the Christmas tree proudly sat in our entrance hall, the staircase will be adorned with its festive garland, and the log fires will be roaring! 🔥🎄

We are offering our Christmas Afternoon Tea tables from 12pm at £45 per person, with the option to add on a glass of Prosecco or Buck’s Fizz for an additional £8 per person 🥂

We know that we’re only at the beginning of the autumn season, but we can’t help ourselves, we have Valentines on our minds! 😍

We are super excited to announce that we will be hosting a Valentines Evening on Saturday 10th February 2024! 🙌🏻🗓️

It’s been three years since we last hosted this romantic event and we’ve been eager to invite all of our lovely couples back again for this special occasion! 🥂

Our Valentines Evening is £250 per couple, this price includes drinks and canapés for you both on arrival in our Chocolate Bar, a mouth watering three course dinner each, and a bottle of wine to share during the meal 🍽️🍷

If you’d like to stay overnight with us and make your stay even longer (we can’t blame you), our rooms are an additional cost, at a discounted rate of £155 per room and are on a first come first served basis 🛌

We are asking for a deposit of £100 to secure your booking with us, and then the remaining cost will be due in mid January 👏🏼
