*NWDP November prayers*
The Name is JESUS
To them God has chosen to make known among the Gentiles the glorious riches of this mystery, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.
(Colossians 1 v 27)
In this dark world remember you are carrying that hope if you have been born again into the kingdom of God’s Son.
Pray : that as CWOI ladies we will be pregnant with hope
Hope is Fruitful
Hope deferred makes the heart sick, but a longing fulfilled is a tree of life.
(Proverbs 13 v 12)
We can bear the fruit of the Spirit when our roots are in Jesus.
Pray : for the sickness at the soul of our nation that the church will rise repentant yet hopeful that God will hear and heal our land.
Hope renews Strength
He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak.
Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength.
(Isaiah 40 v 29-31)
Weariness is a condition that can beset any of us at times but here we find how hope in Jesus changes this condition.
Pray : for anyone who needs to have their strength renewed that they may soar filled with God’s Spirit to do great exploits in God’s kingdom.
