I met Paul & Kayleigh last year at an awesome wedding and yesterday it was their turn and what a beautiful day it was! Reunited with a lot of familiar faces and was made to feel like part of the group once again. The smiles did not leave these wonderful humans faces all day!! Thanks for having me guys ❤️

Rebecca & Dave had the BEST day and it felt like being reunited with friends as last year we had a great time doing a pre wedding shoot. So being with them again on the wedding day was great fun. being the perfect setting for these guys and a shout out to Amy for doing an awesome job.
The Dad/Daughter dance went hard 😂

I don’t think the guys would mind me saying this but when they first came to me they mentioned they really didn’t feel comfortable in front of the camera (I hear that a lot and can 100% relate as I actually hate having my photo taken). True story …. when I got into photography I said I would NEVER shoot weddings! I hated the thought of all that pressure on me and high expectations of the couples. Also because I have some physical limitations I didn’t like the idea of being on my feet for 10-12 hours!! Then I actually shot a full wedding day for a friend as he fell ill and something instantly changed in those thoughts. I loved being around so many happy people, just celebrating love. I got a buzz and actually booked some weddings in and thought just do a couple of my own and see if I like it or not. 8 years on and I’m still shooting weddings!! I limit my weddings to 25-30 a year and I love every single one. I’ve said it plenty on here but I can’t thank the couples the book me enough. It really means a lot that you would put your trust in me for your wedding day (and sometimes I’m lucky enough to do maternity and family shoots for the new additions later down the road). THANK YOU!

And to finish off …. What do you call James Bond in a whirlpool bath?

happens to be just 20 mins up the road from me and in a village I grew up in so I will say it has a soft spot in my heart ❤️ The addition of the barn made a massive difference to the place. One of the other things I really like about Owlpen is that there is so many places to shoot, always finding a new place to wonder around. Have a great day everyone one 🤓

Gorgeous light, great use of all the old features of the building mixed with new and also some of the best food I’ve eaten at a wedding, especially the pudding 🤤 we are spoilt for venues in the Cotswolds that’s for sure ❤️
