How we take our Dorset Tea let the leaves infuse and add a small teaspoon of demerara sugar and top the cup with hot water.
All of our afternoon teas come with a regular Dorset Tea teabag and this was a gift they sent us part of their Sunshine Club. We love it! Also, very cute bunting for us to decorate the garden for the Coronation celebrations.

Our new cake of the month is mega amazing!
Rhubarb from our garden (until it lasts!) and strawberries almond tart. You can swap for a marble or lemon cake but why oh why wouldn’t you do that!?! Just kidding, of course rhubarb is not everyone’s taste but with the added strawberries and a little demerara sugar on top it’s very delicious.
Included in our Original box and family boxes as an extra.
