I’ve something new coming up in 2024.

It’s subscription flowers.
There is a choice of three sizes of flower bunches which will be delivered weekly, fortnightly or monthly whichever is preferred.

It’ll be an enourmous help to my business as I can grow what I know I’ve sold which cuts down on waste and makes the business grow, yeah I know!

I’m hoping that people will buy as a gift with Christmas coming up. If you know people in the area would you mention this latest scheme of mine and say they can find all details on my website? The areas I can deliver to are Lyme, Illminster, Membury, Axminster and Chard, roughly 10 miles from me in Winsham.

I’m really excited about this as I’ve had terrific feedback from the bunches from this spring/summer, people have loved that my flowers are grown by me without chemicals, are locally grown and needless to say, pretty!

I wonder if you are daring to think about the festive season yet? Well, here I am to remind you that Christmas day is 10 weeks away and if you wanted to know about my Christmas wreaths then I would love explain my plans for this year. Here goes 😊
I'm at on Saturday 9th December with a market stall, there'll be loads of others with gorgeous things too. Come and say hi and take a gander at my seasonal, natural, fully biodegradable wreaths. It'll be one thing you can tick off your 'to do' list if you have your front door decs sorted.
Not feeling it? Then how about coming to create your own wreath at a workshop I'll be holding in Winsham, near Chard. I'll have everything gathered together and show you how to make a beautiful wreath, so that you can sit in meditative state calmly weaving greenery with other seasonal things like teasels, cones, feathers, berries to take home in perfect time to hang on that door.

Join me to create a gorgeous floral arrangement with Dahlias and more.

I’ll provide all the flowers and a vase for you to take home with you.

I’ll show how to make the mechanics to support the stems in water, I don’t use floral foam as it’s made of plastic. I’ll demonstrate my method of arranging and be on hand to tutor and advise.

My workshops are informative and fun and suitable for all abilities. There will be tea or coffee and homemade cake to help us along.

The venue is Ria’s Space Ria's Workshop and Space at Millers Farm Shop. Plenty of browsing to be done at both of these lovely shops if you fancy it!

Flower crowns for my boys, they looked so adorable.

Easy and fun to make. I tied together little flowers to make a bunch, about 5 flowers in each bunch.

Then tied all the bunches about 10 of them onto the brow bands of their bridles.

Putting flowers together is so satisfying and pretty, I teach how to make beautiful bunches and arrangements at workshops through the year.

I’ve a workshop coming up tomorrow, Tuesday 29th August at 2.30 in the Jubilee Hall, Winsham, Somerset, if you fancy coming along I’ll have masses of flowers to play with and together we’ll be making a hand tied bouquet for you to take home and enjoy.
£40.00 for two hours of inspiration and fun along with cake and tea or coffee.
