Here are our three young Chef's at our last summer holiday cookery session on the 31st August 2022.
I just wanted to say a big thank you to all those that attended adults and children, and the lovely dishes that you have all produced, you should be so proud of yourselves.

Alot of hard work at tonights Cookery Session, from our two, Young Chef's, Emily and Scarlett, poaching, chopping, cutting, mixing adding different ingredients to make there dishes.
Poached Fillet of Salmon with a Lemon & Caper Sauce
Vichy Carrots
Broccoli
The Dishes were both prepared and cooked by them.
Excellent Fine Cuisine, and lovely taste, colour and aroma.

Our Cookery Session set up, Wednesday 2nd February 2022 with our two young Chef's, Scarlett and Emily.
Yesterday they prepared, cooked an finished.
Beef Flavoured Spicy Taco's
Avocado and Tomato Salsa
They both did this lovely dish it was really flavouried and tasty.
