Once again the sun shone for us for a glorious evening of racing for the DB Max Sports Timing & Events and Pronto Bikes Ltd Summer TT Series from Castle Combe. The win for the men going yet again to on form Richard Brook with a cracking 19:35.15. The win for the women going to Claire Emons with a time of 24:36.11.

We had a good variety of different cycles competing last night for Round 3 of the DB Max Sports Timing & Events and Pronto Bikes Ltd TT Series from Castle Combe.
The overall win went to James Coxon with a time of 19:36.910 and the win for the women went to Melanie Sneddon with a time of 23:51.607.

Great to be back out on track again this year for the start of the DB Max Sports Timing & Events and Pronto Bikes Ltd Summer TT series from Castle Combe. A great turnout in very cold conditions saw some great times being posted. The win for the men went to Richard Brook with a time of 19:55.12. The win for the women went to Sarah Storey with a time of 22:21.77.

Good to see a couple of tandems out on the course putting in some very respectable times at DB Max Sports Timing & Events Race 6 of their Summer TT Series. The overall win for the men went to Kieran BATTY with a time of 21:24.400. The overall win for the women going to Pippa INDERWICK (Army Cycling) with a time of 25:04.267.

Light winds and sunny skies blessed us for Race 5 of DB Max Sports Timing & Events Summer TT Series from Castle Combe. We saw a large variety of different bikes attempting the 10 and 25 mile course.
Overall win for the men went to on form Richard Brook with a time of 20:04.437 and Nicki Carr took the women's race with 24:02.253.

Fantastic racing last night in both our 10 mile TT and 25 mile TT races.
An awesome junior record on the longer event too. Congratulations to Will Smith of Trinity Racing on his 50:51.3 🤩 🚀
The male overall 25 mile record is 50:19.8 (Jordan Giles Southampton Uni) with the female overall record at 53:47.8 (Sarah Storey - Storey Racing)
The female junior record is 1:01:28.7 from Holly Ramsey of Poole Wheelers.

There were some great individual performances, the win for the men going to Will Bjergfelt with a time of 20:24.577. The win for the women once again going to Sarah Storey with a time of 22:21.267. For any TT fans that fancy grabbing a bit of cycling history. My lad is selling his Bernhard Eisel's 2011 HTC-Highroad Specialized S-Works Shiv TT Bike.

I have also uploaded one of a few photos I have which shows Eisel riding the bike in 2011 at various races. The slight mark on the non-drive side downtube can clearly been seen in these photos which ties up with the mark on the bike for sale.

Last night we were joined by the boys and girls from the Armed Forces for Round 8 of DB Max Sports Timing & Events and Kinetic-One Bike Wheels Summer TT Series from Castle Combe. Fantastic turn out of riders enjoying the fine weather. There was both a 10 mile and 25 mile TT running.
For the 10, the win for the men went to Kieran BATTY with a time of 21:16.7 and the win for the women went to Izzy SHARP with a time of 21:55.8.
For the 25, the win for the men went to Joe TYLER with a time of 56:31.8 and the win for the women went to Sue MCFARLANE 1:03:03.8.

Great turn out last night for Round 7 of DB Max Sports Timing & Events and Kinetic-One Bike Wheels Summer TT Series from Castle Combe.
The win for the men went to Richard Brook with a time of 00:20:36.28.
Stunning ride by Dame Sarah Storey taking second place overall and first women with a time of 00:21:11.69.
The Storey team were out in force last night with some great young riders on their way up.

The sun returned for us last night for Race 6 of DB Max Sports Timing & Events and Kinetic-One Bike Wheels Summer TT Series from .
This was the first of three consecutive meetings where we have both 10 and 25 mile TT's running on the same evening.
The win for the men for the 10 mile went to Chris MCDONALD with 21:32.57.
In the 25 mile event, the mens win went to James COXON with 52:40.78 and the win for women went to Hannah BIZOUMIS with 1:09:19.07.

"Well the garden needed it", we certainly didn't!!!. Rain was back to haunt us again last night for Round 5 of DB Max Sports Timing & Events and Kinetic-One Bike Wheels Summer TT Series. Full credit to all riders for braving the storm and still some great times returned.
Win for the men on the evening going to Lee JONES with 20:35.15. The win for the women going to Angela SIMPSON with 27:39.37.

Massive effort being shown by all the riders in very cold conditions for DB Max Sports Timing & Events and Kinetic-One Bike Wheels Summer TT Series Round 4. I don't know whats happened to Summer but it must be here soon?
Anyway, the win for the men went to Lee JONES with a great time of 21:23.61.
The win for the women went to Odette COLLETT with a time of 27:20.73.

The sun came out to play last. night for DB Max Sports Timing & Events and Kinetic-One Bike Wheels Round 3 of their Summer TT Series. Nature provided a pleasant backdrop to the shots with the wind keeping away for a change.
The win for the men went to Lee Jones with a time of 20:45.09. The win for the women went to Sophie Unwin with a time of 21:34.87.

Once again I had the pleasure working on behalf of Velo Club Bristol for their Open TT held on the U102. A beautiful morning with light winds. All the riders were given free images, courtesy of the club, which is a very nice touch.

It was certainly a night for the brave, probably the windiest conditions I have ever experienced at Castle Combe for DB Max Sports Timing & Events and Kinetic-One Bike Wheels Summer TT Round 2. Utmost respect to all riders for giving it their best last night. Seen here is the Tandem pairing of Sophine Unwin and Jenny Holl taking the 2nd overall time on the evening of 22:36.57.
The overall win on the evening went to junior Tom Williams with a time of 22:09.79.

Action from last nights Round 1 of DB Max Sports Timing & Events and Kinetic-One Bike Wheels Summer TT Series. Good to see the dedication of the riders taking on appalling conditions.
The win for the men went to Will BJERGFELT (SAINT PIRAN PRO CYCLING) with a time of 20:51.28.
The win for the women went to Nicki Carr (FTP CC) with a time of 24:21.42.

It was great to be back out again with the cameras for the start of another season. So good to see James from DB Max Sports Timing & Events and Andy from Kinetic-One Bike Wheels again. Really good to see so many early season contenders. The overall win went to junior Finlay Tarling with a cracking time of 20:19, not bad for this time of year. The female win went to Mabli Phillips with a great time of 24:21.

I am pleased to announce that once again I will be covering the full DB Max Sports Timing & Events & Kinetic-One Bike Wheels TT Series at Castle Combe. Round 1 kicks off the season on Wednesday 30th March. Races 6,7 and 8 will also feature a 25mile TT event. Looking forward to this already!!!

Long sunny shadows to play with for Round 22 of DB Max Sports Timing & Events and Kinetic-One Bike Wheels Summer TT Series. This was the penultimate race of the series and saw the win for the men going once again to Nick Buss with a time of 21:05.36.
The win for the women went to Tasmin Miller with a great time of 22:14.54.

Congratulations to Lora Fachie on her fantastic gold medal at the Paralympics 🥇🚴‍♀️ 🙌
And also to Jaco Van Gass on another amazing gold for GB in the velodrome 🥇💪
Both riders raced at our DB Max TT at the Castle Combe Circuit before heading off to Tokyo.

Fantastic turnout in the sun for DB Max Sports Timing & Events and Kinetic-One Bike Wheels Round 18 of their Summer TT series. Once again we had both a 10 and 25 mile TT event running simultaneously. No chicanes were in use tonight.
Results for the 10 mile, for the men it went to Tom Day with a time of 19:22.79. The win for the women Fiona Prew with a great time of 23:40.63.
Results for the 25 mile, Will BJERGFELT was once again on form with a winning time of 51:28.41. The win for the women going to Francesca AMIGONI with a time of 1:04:50.88.

The sun (and wind) was out yet again for us for Round 17 of DB Max Sports Timing & Events and Kinetic-One Bike Wheels Summer TT series from Castle Combe. Once again, we had a 10 and 25 mile race running.
The 25 mile TT mile saw the win for the men going to Will BJERGFELT with a time of 52:39.97. The win for the women going to junior Holly RAMSEY with a time of 1:01:28.68, great time in windy conditions.
The 10 mile TT saw the win for the men going to the tandem rider Chris MCDONALD with a time of 21:30.53, with the solo going to Alexander LUISI with 21:35.43. The win for the women going to Rosey MUSHENS with 25:02.01.
