This weekend we had the pleasure of returning to see some old faces (excuse the pun!) for another 70th Birthday Bash in Stevenage! The weather was on point as was the BBQ - with a selection of Sausages, Burgers, Fajita Chicken, Chinese Pork and very sticky Ribs to feast upon!

Ding, Ding! - Round 2…
So at 23:00pm last night (after catering for the Kings) - we set off to get onsite in Great Dunmow for the Annual Family Fun Day - and what a day it was. We cooked 3x ###L pigs with the first going on at 01:30am/03:45am/06:00am intervals which meant pulling shifts overnight and an uncomfortable 3hr kip in the back of the van! We make shizzle happen and always do what it takes without complaint!!! 😍😍😍 By morning pigs were cooking well and allowed us to cater for over 700x of their amazing employees. Incredible how this company rewards their employees for the efforts with a family fun day with EVERYTHING on them! 🔥🔥🔥

We recently had the absolute pleasure of creating a 3x course master class for Katie & Declan’s big day!
••
We served big Sharing Platters of yumminess with Artisan Breads to start off proceedings. Then jumbo joints of Sirloin were delivered to each table’s ‘Chief Carver’ who served their own table for some interactive fun!
For anyone that had space left, a platter of deconstructed Eton Mess was served, allowing guests to build their own bowl of happiness!

Into the night, Pizza was served in the garden for all guests to enjoy, capping off an amazing day - enjoyed by all.

What an incredible Family BBQ bash we held yesterday for one of our wonderful regular clients.

We provided a delicious BBQ consisting of; Cheeseburgers, Sausages, Maple Pork Belly Bites, Peri Peri Chicken and Salads. Oh and not forgetting the Cheesecake & Chocolate Fudge Cake for dessert 😍😍.
