I've always wanted to learn an instrument.

But I'm the kind of person who would pick up a guitar, for example, and be annoyed that I "couldn't just play it" and so, could never be bothered.

But... I've been toying with the idea of it for a fair few months now and so I decided I needed to do something about it.

Having musician friends helped me out massively, because now it means that, not only would I be letting mySELF down, I'd also be letting THEM down and I'm not about to do that.

So slowly and steadily, I'm learning and have been for a few weeks...

I've given myself a realistic time frame in which to be able to add something into my sets and I can guarantee, it isn't this year! 🤣🤣

But we go on.

I'm excited to see what I can do with this!

Bookings are coming in steadily but I am not going to be working as often so availability will be limited.

PS. I booked up very quickly last year and there were a couple of venues who didn't get to have bookings... 🤪🤪

Matilda has a thing at school in a couple of weeks where they have to dress as a musician/music artist...

Matilda likes Lady Gaga, Aqua, Megan Trainor, Becky Hill (amongst others) but she also likes Patti Page (How Much Is That Doggy In The Window), Peter Paul and Mary (Puff The Magic Dragon) and other older songs from the 60s etc...

What would you dress her in??

Most of the modern ones are basically crop tops and pants or erm, Lady Gaga... We have found a 60s stereotypical dress...

Don't just want to shove her in just anything, but don't really want a 5 year old going to school sc****ly clad....
