Looking back at this winter beauty at the wonderful . It was such a joy working with our lovely couple to create the perfect blend of winter themes and rustic tones. Together, we brought this warm winter wonderland to life—a celebration of love wrapped in seasonal charm and natural beauty... and isn’t our bride just stunning! ❤️

After a bit of a stress around 6 months before our wedding where we suddenly were left without anyone to style the wedding, we were thankfully able to book Platter & Pop for our florals and styling. It ended up being one of THE best things we did! We both had a vision in our heads of what we wanted our wedding to look like but couldn’t quite put into words exactly what we wanted: somehow the girls managed to absolute nail what we wanted, but a million times better! I was blown away when I saw the florals & styling on the day, and I still can’t believe how good it looked!! Everything was beyond beautiful and beyond what I even expected! The girls are sooo lovely and clearly passionate about what they do. Nothing was too much bother and they were so helpful and reassuring even when we had to make some changes to the setup due to bad weather.
We got so many compliments on the florals, table decor and general vibe and I genuinely cannot thank you both enough. I am soooo happy & thankful we ended up booking you - the stars aligned! Thank you both again so much ###’

From the moment we reached out to them, the team were professional, creative and accommodating to all our needs. They worked with us to design our menu that perfectly reflected our tastes and the vibe for the day – we’re both huge foodies so this was super important to us! The food was amazing, each dish was beautifully presented, of a high quality and absolutely delicious. Sophie was always on hand whenever we needed her, whether it was a question about food, candles, décor or even basic wedding questions, she was always happy to help.

The team on the day were amazing, making sure everything ran smoothly and went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect and that we were having the best day. Our beautiful couple chose both a menu and a design for their day, that was bursting with colour and flavour. It was so much fun to be a part of their day.

We have been celebrating Women’s Entrepreneurship Day today at a fantastic networking event, hosted by the . Listening to the amazing talking about her journey as a business owner and wedding professional was both highly entertaining and very inspiring. It was great to meet so many other women who are achieving fantastic things within their own business.

We are so proud of everything we have achieved so far with Platter & Pop. It hasn’t always been the easiest of journeys. We’ve had to fight to be taken seriously as two young women, who were starting out, in what has traditionally been a fairly male dominated industry. We are so proud to have so many amazing women within our team, including our head chef Dani who is absolutely fantastic at commanding the team in the kitchen.

Kim & Tyler’s beautiful destination wedding . Our lovely couple chose the venue’s intimate wedding package, which is absolutely perfect for couples looking to have a close knit group of family and friends spend the weekend together at the venue, with catering and styling options included.

We loved their choice of a deep moody colour palette with lots fresh foliage and a pop of bold colour from the neon backdrop.

We were so delighted when they sent through these beautiful pictures with this lovely message for our event manager Logan.

Our wonderful couple Louise & Hanson’s stunning autumnal wedding at .

Our beautiful bride and groom wanted to create a relaxed and fun filled day for their friends and family with delicious food and a classic, elegant look for the day. Their vision for the styling included lots of soft foliage, sparkling candles and soft blush and cream tones, for a timeless look. We thought the finished result was absolutely perfect for the beautiful venue at Newhall.

So excited to share Alison & David’s absolutely stunning July wedding, on their family’s farm, in Sanquhar. Ali and Dave live abroad in Oz, so chose to use our full event planning service and we spent many months on zoom calls and emails bringing this beautiful day to fruition. Our beautiful couple managed to dodge the downpour that followed that day, to fulfil Ali’s dream of being married in the family garden, with the most stunning view out over the family’s fields below. A tented reception for dinner, drinks and dancing followed. The drinks were flowing and party was wild to say the least. We then turned around the space, the following day, for a BBQ where the summer sun finally made an appearance and guests chased away the hangovers with Bloody Mary’s and Pimms. The best part of this job, is the relationships we get to form with our couples. Sometimes, if we are really lucky, after the day is done, they end up feeling more like friends. We are lucky to say that we feel that way about Ali & Dave (& their lovely families). What a joy to be part of such a wonderful day for such wonderful people.
